I left the order number 6665**** on the website https://www.floraqueen.com for flower delivery on April 14, 2020. At the appointed time, the flowers did not come.
I waited another day, but nothing changed. I asked for the money back after a written claim through the service on their website https://floraqueen98.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests, but was refused. It is clear that in the case of coronavirus it is difficult to meet the deadlines, but if it is known that delivery is completely impossible, then why take the money and then refuse to return it.
In addition, they themselves are not aware of the delivery until you put them with nose. Disgusting company, I highly NOT recommend it.
