DO NOT USE TRIED TO SEND FLOWERS TO A FRIEND IN SPAIN AFTER A BREAVEMENT. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE WHEN SPECIFIED,COULD NOT CONTACT THEM!

THROUGH ANY MEANS HAD THEN TO LET MY FRIEND KNOW GAVE HER ALL THE DETAILS , SHE GOT IN TOUCH WAS PROMISED THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED NEXT DAY, 2 DAYS LATER STILL NOT ARRIVED. PRETTY BAD.

WILL HAVE TO TRY AND GET A REFUND, BUT DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO START. VERY DISGRUNTLED DO NOT USE ,

I ordered flowers here and they just never showed up.

I ordered flowers but they just never showed up. Many emails to them had only one answered without explanation as to the problem or solution. I was not offered a refund and still wait for $130 spent. Both the recipient and I are upset, and much time was wasted waiting at home for the delivery.

*** SERVICE EVER

FIRST: DELIVERY CAME WAY LATER THAN EXPECTED SECOND: DID NOT DELIVER FULL PRODUCTS(MISSING OUT ON CHAMPAGNE) LASTLY: PROMISED FOR REFUND WHICH IS ALSO BEING LATE FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS!!!!! Didn’t get the delivery

I order a bouquet to be delivered on 15.01.2022 and now its 17.01.2022 and the order still havent arrived! Absolutely disappointed in this courier service. Now the only thing I am interested in, is to refund my money.

53 euros gone without delivering flowers

I placed an order that should be delivered at Jan the 14th in France for a birthday. I live in Holland. At the day the flowers should arrive i get an email that they couldn't do that so it should be delivered on monday the 17th. To bad but ok those things happened but now the flowers never got delivered! I "contact" (there is no phone number) FloraQueen and they just said over the mail sorry but we can only give you 7 euro shipping costs back. I paid them 53 euros and they did nothing!!! What a fake *** company!

Did not get the flower arrangement delivered as ordered

Not only did I NOT get the flower arrangement that I ordered , there also is NO customer service to talk to . Everything is done by messages and nothing gets corrected regarding my arrangement !!! Scammers! AWFUL SERVICE and Company! I placed order 7704**** with a delivery date of 28.12 to Prague. In the end, there was no delivery and no refund money, they referred to the wrong address, without informing anyone that there was a problem. When I asked for a refund money, they ignored me completely. No customer service. I am so disappointed!

ILast night (10 January 2022) I ordered flowers to be sent to Canada. I paid via paypal. I expected to pay £76.10 but this amount was changed to Euros by paypal at an additional cost of £2.51. Resolved: Customer service is nonexistent. I sent 3 emails none of which were answered. I made an order one week in advance of a birthday and they never arrived. Three days after the birthday they show up.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After 3 emails and a review I was pleased to receive a refund. Hopefully their customer service improves..

Do not use this company. No one will contact you with customer service. Unreliable. They promise on their site great customer service. There is no one to help you. I had given up on my order arriving for a birthday but showed up after 3 full days after promised day.

I ordered the flowers for my sisters 50th birthday and the delivery date was booked. I was not given an update, response to my query yet alone an apology. The flowers themselves were expensive for the number and variety of flowers used but the little bunch did look nice. Just not good value for money. Not good customer service and unacceptable when there are plenty of international flower delivery companies. Not a happy bunny and obviously I wont use a company I cant rely on again.

My hamper was never delivered to Italy as a Christmas gift. I received confirmation of the order details and also when it had been shipped but nothing since then. I've tried calling the UK number, contacted them various times by email and no reply whatsoever. I think this company needs shutting down as its a scam.
